Jaci's Ginger Cookies - Vegan and Gluten/Wheat Free

Jaci's Ginger Cookies

Today I was feeling creative so I got my simple biscuit recipe and decided to do some baking. I had to edit the recipe somewhat, considering I am intolerant to Gluten, Wheat, Malt, Barley and the etc and I have recently decided to be vegan. But I'm used to it, after been Gluten Free for nearly three years now. But here's that recipe folks!

Ingredients;

• 125g Butter. (now for vegans use whatever you like, but make sure if you are, for instance using Olivani, you need to put less in, because it's much softer than butter and it could make the mixture sort of runny.
• 1 table spoon golden Syrup./1 teaspoon Baking power /Half a cup of Sugar/ 1 tablespoon milk (I used soy milk for this)/ Ground ginger/ 1 and a half cups flour (and for the flour I used corn, though any kind is good, and a mixture of tapioca, rice flour etc is great. There are often premade flours like this in the gluten free section of your supermarket, organic store etc.

Cream your butter and sugar, add the golden syrup and milk melted together, add sifted flour and baking power. At the same time add your ground ginger, about a table spoon but change the amount to your own preference. Bake in a moderate oven and I cooked mine for about 20Min's, but it may differ depending on your oven etc.

Every I Can Find On Twilight

Okay, I haven't been updating very well, and I actually spoke of deleting this blog, but I am determined to be committed, and so here yours truly is, writing very steadily. ***clap clap***

I have actually come up with the idea of this blog being about ALL of my favourite things, but mostly Twilight. So prepare yourselves for the change! And please, tell me what you think of my idea, and whether I should "go" a head with it.

So Dakota is "very close" to becoming Jane in the following movies.
I found this picture on The Confessions Of a Twi-crack and I think she looks gorgeous and defiantly old enough to play Jane.

I disagree with people who say she wouldn't.

I have watched interviews with her, and she seems very mature and quite capable. So don't worry your pretty little heads over it. ARE you an actress? Well if you are, why don't you go and tell the movie people that you'd be prefect for Jane..... Not going to do that.. Are you?

I also found this interview on the same site (Confessions Of A Twi-Crack) and it made me laugh.

It was about Ashley Greene confirming somethings on Twilight, about at fact that there would be a yellow Porsche, and werewolves (well actually shapeshifters really, not true Childern of the Moon).

Good news for Twi-hards; judging by the tips “Twilight” stars Ashley Greene and Kellen Lutz shared with Access Hollywood about “New Moon” on Thursday night, it sounds like the second installment in the series will remain faithful to Stephenie Meyer’s book.
“I can tell you there’s a yellow Porsche,” Greene revealed at the premiere of Dakota Fanning’s “Push,” confirming that the vehicle, which plays a special role in the “New Moon” book, will be in the movie.
“I can tell you there’s werewolves,” she added coyly. “I think (the details of ‘New Moon’ script are) kind of highly under wraps.”

Okay, I think that is very hirlaous, because; she is just talking about the book, and everyone knows that there will be those things in the movie or else it shouldn't be called New Moon.

Not funny? Maybe, um, you had to be there.

I also found this picture of Kristen Stewart looking totally different with blonde hair.

And here dear ones is a new Charm bracelet from Hot Topic, featuring a lion, dog like thing which I suppose is a wolf (Jacob), red beads, Rosalie's necklace Cullen Family Crest in small, Twilight Logo and the famous Apple Click on the link to check it out. Very cool.

Dakota Fanning IS Trying Out For New Moon

She didn't say much to the interviewer, but yeah.. It looks like Fanning just maybe in New Moon.

"It's definitely possible. I really hope it works
out," Fanning says. "It would be a really fantastic experience I'm sure."

I have to say, I'm pleased.. I think that she would be awesome as Jane, I would argue with anyone who said no. For goodness sake, she is a brilliant actress and she fits the mold for Jane really well.


Anyways, theres for the news on Jane, and I love to hear what you thought of Jane and who should play her.

But the biggest news that I heard yesterday was the Vanessa Hugdens was a recently cast Twilight Star.. What The HECK?

I was reading my sister's gossip magazine, WHO or something like that, and there it was, Vanessa Hugdens talking to anther celeb and the caption saying the words from above. Recently cast Twilight Star, Vanessa Hugdens.



Is this just the rumour,finally reaching the mags, (which I have to admit, I fell prey to) or some actually news. It was the most interesting piece that I found in the magazine of course, Britney's bum and whether BradAnge or whatever their name is, can have anther baby isn't really on my hot list.

Anyways, make what you will of that..

I never noticed, but there are actually tons and tons of Twilight Spoofs out there... I saw this one from http://twicrackaddict.blogspot.com/ and trust me! It is extremely awesome - for a spoof.

Though I kinda couldn't help but think they were taking the Mickey out of Twilight.

America Ferrera For Emily Young

Really, could Ugly Betty or Carmen from the Sister Hood Of the Travelling Pants play Emily Young from Twilight?
Emily is extremely beautiful apart from the fact that a wolf (Sam) mauled her face or as the people of Forks have it, she was mauled by a bear. Kinda the same sorta animal, but anyway.
And she is the love of Sam's life, for goodness sake, he imprinted on her (a word which you should know, if you are a Twilight Fan)

I can see that Ferrera is actually pretty nice looking, but I see Emily as some one with a bit more.. Elegance kinda, Ferrera seems to have a very warm, home made cookie kinda look, eating ice cream on the couch. Not, I'm in love with a wolf-man who was made for me since the day he was born sorta thing.

And there is specialution, that is not, this America, but America, crazy huh?
I know that I did read magazine, where Ferrera recommend Twilight books and said "I love them so much, I was like to my agent, if they make a sequel, hook me up with it!"

What do you think?
I personally think Camila Belle would be my first choice if I could pick anyone in the world in take part in the Twilight books, because thats kinda who I pictured while I was reading the books..

There is anther rumour going around the Twilight Circuits that Dakota Fanning is going to play the Italian Volturi Vampire, Jane, in New Moon.

This is what Wiki has to say one the Volturi;

The Volturi
The vampire coven known as the Volturi resides in Volterra, Italy. They are regarded as "royalty" by other vampires because they have lived for well over three thousand years and act as police, enforcing the rule that the existence of vampires be kept a secret from humans. They often send others to travel from Volterra to prevent overzealous covens and renegade vampires from exposing their species. They are guarded by several powerful vampires who have been collected for their powers and skills. Carlisle once stayed with the coven as a guest, but left due to his desire to avoid harming humans and created his own coven in the United States. At the end of New Moon, the Volturi discover that Bella, a human, has learned of the existence of vampires, and demand that she be made into a vampire as well, or else be killed. In Breaking Dawn, the vampire Irina goes to the Volturi and warns them that the Cullens have created an immortal child after seeing Edward and Bella's daughter, Renesmee, hunting not far from the Cullens' house. The Volturi coven proceeds to Forks to destroy Renesmee, but leaves once they realize that she is not a threat.
The Volturi leaders consist of Aro, who can read every thought a person has ever had once he has made physical contact, Marcus, who senses relationships, and Caius, who has no known power. Aro's wife, Sulpicia, Caius' wife, Athenodora, and formerly Marcus' wife, Didyme, who had the power to make others happy, also act as leaders. The Volturi guard consists of 32 members, including Jane, who creates illusions of pain; Alec, who is able to cut off the senses of others; Demetri, who can track anyone once he has the tenor of their mind; Chelsea, who can change emotional bondings; and Renata, who can make anyone feel distracted and wandering when they are near her (classified as a "shield"). The majority of the Volturi remain nameless throughout the series. There is also a human secretary named Gianna who appears in New Moon. Despite her hopes to become a vampire, she is killed by the Volturi by the events of Breaking Dawn. The Volturi have invited Carlisle, Edward, Alice, Kate, Benjamin, Zafrina, and Bella to join them, though all have refused.

I reckon that Dakota would be a brilliant choice for Jane, though I haven't really seen her play anything scary, so one wonders whether she could pull it off.

It has been said that no auditions have been held, and that the part has been offered out right to Fanning.. and negotiations are in process. I would be really please if she got the part, and I can't tell you how pleased I was that Hugdens from HSM wasn't auditioning for the part of the werewolf Leah!

Hopeful this starlight cast will draw even more people into watching New Moon.
